Birthday Card
Yeah!! My Co-Worker's Birthday is tomorrow!! I hope she has an awesome day!!!
Its a sketch based on The 'Nook's October Card Sketch. HeHe - I went round instead of square, and had to have some ribbon too!! I used SNS Ribbon, from the September 07 Savvy Kit. Beautiful stuff!!
HERE is the GSD file. If you download, leave me a comment please. I'm about ready to give up on sharing, as I see people download, but they don't take the time to tell me if they like it! So please, help a gal out and leave a comment. Thanks in Advance!

Circle of Friends Digi Dare completed
Credits to Rhonna Farrer. I used her digital kit.
The Dare over at Circle Of Friends was to do something new on your digi page. I'm still a newbie digital gal, so I used 12 layers on this, and drop shadows, and used embellishments too. I also stayed in one digi kit, and did not mix them up...

Over at Circle Of Scrapping Friends, another DARE had been posted. This one was "In honor of Canadian thanksgiving this weeks dare is to do a layout that includes 4 things that you are thankful for. Only two of them can be people."
Well, how can you pick two people???? So I chose "Good Friends" & "Family" Also Sunrises & Coffee. I love Both!!! HaHa. Its another Digi LO, I'm starting to get the hang of it - If only it would take less time.....

Its an Eighties Thing...
I giggled so much watching this!!
The {21} Challenge - Day Twenty
OMG - Day Twenty.
Day Twenty was a killer for me! I was up at regular time at 4AM and out the door by 5AM -----not returning until almost 10PM.
I was so tired I went straight to bed after hugging DH, and showing off my new hairdo!
After work - my sister and I went and got our haircut, (mine is short now!! and red streaks too), then out to dinner, then out shopping! What a day!!!
Needless to say I did not create anything, or walk the dogs... I'm going to try to make this up today!!!

The {21} Challenge - Day NINETEEN
Two more days People!!! We can do this!!!
So on the SNS Board Martina wanted a visual of how to draw with the wishblade. This is my "creativity" today. HaHa. Walked Lucy and Creative Work - Cha-Ching {21 Challenge} Woohoo!!!
OK Here it Goes:
I ran across this tutorial for the Wishblade. Its by Sandy McCauley. You can find it HERE. Its in PDF Form. Its called "Wishblade 203 - Using the Pen Holder . pdf" It made me actually try to figure out how to use my Wishblade for drawing. Once again Thank you Sandy!! You Rock!!So Go Read The tutorial!!!
Then Here are my Photos!
This one shows you what the pen looks like, inside the holder:
This is just a blurry photo, trying to show you that the tip of the pen sticks out:
This is showing how you remove the blade, and insert the holder:
Basically - take out the blade, (black thing-a-ma-bobber too), and insert the green pen holder! Sometimes I have to press "firmly" to get it in!
This is a screen shot - shows you the settings I used. Heavy Cardstock, Slow speed. (1):
This is the Pen in Action:
Another Pen In Action Photo:
Apparently another Pen in Action Photo:
This is Lucy admiring the finished product!!! :smiles:

The {21} Challenge - Day Eighteen
Quoting from Rhonna's Website:
""It seems to me that people have vast potential. Most people can do extraordinary things if they have the confidence to take the risks. Yet most people don't." Philip Adams
Another day about confidence. It's these last few days where you need that reassurance that you can do it. That you are strong. That you can make it to the finish line. You're too close to give up! You have been working hard, learning, creating & gaining confidence in your abilitiy to shine!!! You can do it! Only a few more days...wow...go for it!!!!
Happy Day 18!"
Yeah!!! Day Eighteen!!!
Lucy and I took a short walk today, I'm coming down with a cold I think, so the dogs and I napped after work! Just in time to wake up, eat dinner, watch some TV and go back to bed..... Not very creative today!!! (Read the scrapbook stores ads - lots of inspiration there!, Halloween costumes and so forth!)
My Zany Zinnia order came in. Its so Yummy!!!

The {21} Challenge - Day Seventeen.
Day Seventeen.....and I'm still playing along...... Wow.
Do you think Rhonna picked the quote for people like me? It felt so good walking my "boy" tonight. He's a fast walker, and we walked almost 3 miles, very fast. My feet and rear feel it, but its a good hurt right?
Its day seventeen, I know I keep typing it, but I have not given up on this challenge. Its so do-able! (And short too - good for my attention span!) I hope that I've made walking the dogs REGULARLY and trying my best to be CREATIVE every day - a habit. I think its a great habit to have!
Today all I wanted to do was go home and play with my new toys.....its all I thought about at work! I'm starting to think I might be obsessed or something!! LOL
You Rock!!
So I was messing around with it, and this is what I came up with! (basic messing around stuff)
Black Cardstock, Silver pen. I thought it was pretty neat! This brings up all sorts of new ideas for scrapping and card making!!!
